1. General

  • By using the a2zeegifts website, you (the User) agree to the terms and conditions set forth here. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Product Display

  • We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will reflect the actual product colors accurately.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • If the delivery is not executed on the first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not being at home, address found locked, or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will still be charged for the order.
  • We use reputable courier companies to ensure timely delivery. However, a2zeegifts will not be responsible for delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by any third party.

4. Customized Products and Variations

  • For customized products or experiences, there may be slight variations from the images or videos shown. We will make every effort to ensure the product is as close to the description as possible.
  • Product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) mentioned with product photos are approximate. There may be variations, and a2zeegifts reserves the right to deliver a similar or alternate product if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Pricing and Availability

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of a2zeegifts.

6. Order Cancellation and Refusal

  • a2zeegifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment will be refunded, and the User will be informed.

7. User Responsibility

  • The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. a2zeegifts reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point. If any User details are found to be false, a2zeegifts reserves the right to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services without prior notice.

8. Non-Delivery and Late Delivery

  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address), any extra cost for re-delivery will be claimed from the User placing the order.

9. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

  • a2zeegifts will not entertain any complaints after 3 days from the date of delivery.
