RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
To be eligible for a return or replacement your item, must fulfil the following conditions.
- Having any mismatch in the received product from what is displayed while ordering.
- If the product received in a damaged condition.
- Make a video without cut and pause while opening the parcel for any kind of damage replacement.
- No replacement or damage query will be taken without opening video.
- The damage or mismatch should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- If damage is repairable or minor happened on transmitted will not able be considered. No exchange is considered in this case.
HOW TO AVAIL MY RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?
Just a video of the damaged product, Share that on our WhatsApp or email. Once we received the video, we will check that and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or self-courier address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
HOW LONG WILL TAKE REPLACEMENT MY DAMAGED OR MISMATCH PRODUCT?
Yes, we have 72 hours replacement guarantee if and only if the product found to be damaged or mismatched.
CAN WE EXPECT REFUND?
No, as we deal with only Customized Products so if once you placing the order through this website, you can’t cancel that order. You can able to the replacement product instead of refund only if the product damage or mismatch from what you order.
Why Cash on Delivery Not Available?
We apologize, we understand your preference for Cash on Delivery option, but the real struggle with COD orders is high Return to Origin. Because we deal with only Customized Products, its cannot be reused if delivery is missed.
